Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ page). Below, we have tried to answer the most common questions visitors to our Web site may have.

Where are you located?
A-Z Bus Sales has 2 convenient locations in California to serve you with 2 service centers, located in Colton and Sacramento. View our locations page to get detailed directions. 

What are your hours of operation?
A-Z Bus Sales is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Does A-Z Bus do warranty repairs?
Yes. We are a certified warranty station for Blue Bird, Girardin, Collins, Goshen, Glaval, John Deere, Braun, Ricon, Carrier and Trans Air. We have ASE certified mechanics who specialize in these types of warranty repairs.

What does A-Z Bus Sales do?
A-Z Bus Sales specializes in transportation solutions. We provide sales of many makes and models of new and used buses and specialized ADA approved equipment. A-Z Bus also has a superior service and parts department that can easily handle your needs. We stock a large in-house inventory of parts for all makes and models and have some of the most highly trained service professionals in the state. A-Z Bus also offers financing through our affiliate in-house bank, A-Z Resources. We also provide alternative fuel vehicles and can help your organization through programs such as our School Bus Replacement Program and grant opportunities. A-Z Bus also provides industry training classes and bus appraisal services. We are here to serve you.

Does A-Z Bus repair or sell parts for vehicles other than buses?
Yes we do. A-Z has a full body-work and paint department and carries a wide variety of parts and can perform service on large trucks, service vehicles and even RVs.

Does A-Z provide transportation or rent buses?
No. A-Z is not a transportation provider nor do we “rent” buses. We do however, offer Trac and other types of leases with flexible terms and can offer financing options to fit your needs.

How much does a bus cost?
Because A-Z Bus carries a large inventory and many different makes and models of vehicles, the prices vary. We sell high quality new buses for Commercial, Transit and School needs, as well as quality Used buses.

Please contact our Sales Department so that a representative may assess your needs and find you a bus that is right for you. You may also view our inventory that is in-stock by clicking on our inventory.

Do you participate in the State Bid?
A-Z Bus Sales participates in the California Department of General Services State Bid and Purchase Contract process. These bids have expirations and we can give you details upon request.
Additionally, for agencies, we offer other cooperative purchase opportunities, as well as resources to assist you in building a bid or “request for proposal” (RFP-RFQ) process.

Can I buy a bus off the State Bid?
Public entities or entities funded by public funds- local, county or State- are typically eligible to utilize the California DGS procurement contracts. For more information, contact us or the Department of General Services in Sacramento, or see their website at http://www.dgs.ca.gov/default.htm.
