GENERAL INFORMATION ON USED BUSES

School Buses

Generally used for short trips "100 miles per day" are easy to maintain and do well on dirt roads. Most school buses do not come with air conditioning. School buses are basic, simple buses.

City Buses

Generally used for non-stop city service. Two hundred plus miles per day, easy on/off for passengers. These buses offer smooth ride and air conditioning. Most city buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts. City buses require much more maintenance than school buses and are not good on dirt or bad roads.

Used for medium and long haul travel, heavy duty everything. 47 passenger with restroom, 300 cubic ft. luggage under floor, air conditioning system, reclining seats. Requires a good preventive maintenance program and educated drivers. Their is no better bus to use when long highway driving is needed.
